Properties & advantages

BAGGES GLUE C1000 is suitable for the economical bonding of microporous insulation materials.

  • High temperature resistance
  • Non-combustible
  • Inorganic
  • Sterile and odourless
Application areas
  • Microporous insulation
  • Insulation on steel
  • Other insulation (fireproof stones, packaging, low biopersistence fibres blanket)
Processing
  • The surface must be dry, dust and grease-free. Before being used, the bonding agent should be stirred thoroughly.

  • Application can be done by brush or spraying equipment.

  • The tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use.

  • Open buckets should be  tightly resealed.

  • The consistency of the bonding agent is dependent on the temperature. The best working temperature is between +10 °C and +40 °C. The lowest processing temperature of the materials and the working area may not be below +5 °C during the hardening process.
