BAGGES PGF-3
Sealing rope produced from texturised glass yarn with its construction varied to match the required compressibility.
The PGF-3 version is a standard PGF of a defined compressibility with an optional  overbraid of texturised glass yarn to achieve a smoother surface and an outer coating of silicone elastomer. This improves the seal’s gas impermeability.

Offers improved gas impermeability and ensures retention of the glass fibers  during application.

Provides reduced fraying during cutting.
Applications

BAGGES PGF-3
is used as thermal insulation for static sealing applications where higher gas impermeability and protection of the glass fibers from damage by water and other liquids is required.

It is widely used as seals for hatches and doors in industrial boilers, furnaces, ovens, as well as seals for gas appliances, heat exchanger sections and heat processing equipment.

Is also used in the aluminium melting industry.
