New generation Klinger KHA ball valve

In the first quarter of 2022, a new generation KHA ball valve from KLINGER Fluid control will be launched.

The new generation KHA ball valve continues the familiar design of its predecessor, but with improvements.

In addition to a solid facelift, the KHA valve now has several options to be able to cover a wider range of applications within both DIN and ANSI installations. Connection to actuator is unchanged.

  • The middle section can be used between end pieces from earlier models (Then deviates from Firesafe)
  • Full bore – redused bore expires
  • Regulation possible with V-port ball 10°, 
  • 30°, 60° and slotted track
  • Available in carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex
  • Laser marking with information replaces sign
  • FireSafe acc. to EN ISO 10497 & API 607
  • Fugitive emissions acc. to ISO 15848/TA Luft
  • Flanged, threaded or short weld end design
  • Coating acc. to KACP (Klinger Advanced Corrosion Protection)/C3
  • Available with ANSI-flanges and NPT-threads
  • «Double Block and Bleed» (DBB) and «Trunnion»-execution optional
  • KHA-S with welded connections does not have to be dismounted before inline welding
  • Support rings for sealing element expires for standard valve
  • New and improved stem sealing with AFLAS/grafhite as standard
