BAGGES TPP

BAGGES TPP is a tube laminate made of phenolic impregnated paper, like all other paper bakelite types from BAGGES. This material is often used in mechanical and electrical adaptations in low-voltage structures, windings and other applications where good electrical properties are essential. The electrical properties of BAGGES TPP are best at low humidity.

BAGGES TPP meets the requirements of several technical standards, including NEMA LI 1 XX, EN 61212 PF CP 21, DIN 7735 Hgw 2065, and RoHS II 2011/65/EU. This ensures that the product meets high quality and safety standards.

In terms of technical specifications, BAGGES TPP has a flexural strength at room temperature of 130 MPa, compressive strength axial of 140 MPa, and cohesion between the layers of 160 MPa. The breakdown voltage in oil radially is 8.30 kV/mm, while the breakdown voltage is 25 kV/25mm. The classification temperature is class E, which corresponds to 120°C, and the specific gravity is 1.25 g/cm³.
